we made the switch and we are happy we did…
originally we had a sony point-n-shoot digital camera, and while we were happy with the quality of the pictures…we were unhappy with the size of each picture in comparison to the quality and less happy with the proprietary “memory stick” which is just a different shaped sd card that can only be used on sony equipment. we were even less impressed with the price, but loved the quality.
recently, we discovered that other brands have not only caught up with the quality of our camera, but are smaller, use less memory, have higher clarity, easier to use, use generic sd card technology that is interchangeable with our other electronics, and most importantly was less than 1/3 the price.
thus, we made the jump and glad we did. we retired our japanese camera for an american one (of course they were both made in china) and we even got it in red for our future red butterfly! thus we introduce you to our new kodak easyshare m853 8.2mp digital camera with 3x optical zoom (red).
it was also a blessing to buy this since our sony camera got lost in a taxi about a month ago …oops!
