our host country, our district and yes, even our apartment complex, all regulate when our heat is turned on and to what degree (literally) it is set.
our first home in fusion was heated but it was so inadequate we had to buy a standalone a/c to heat the living room and individual heaters for each room we wanted to occupy.
fusion house #2 was pretty awesome in that our apartment was surrounded by other apartments and the owners were kind enough to give us a heads up that because of its position we didn’t need to pay for heat. we were grateful we took their advice as we were surprised to discover our neighbor’s warmth was not only adequate for us, but at times, even a bit too hot.
our current home comes complete with 3 way views and a high heating bill… thankfully all that money flying out the window translates into a very warm and cozy home this fall/winter!
